hahah my apologises, it's been awhile since i last posted an entry.. blame it on the highly contagious 'World Cup Fever' that has been spreading around the past weeks.. my body system is pretty screwed thanks to it.. ahahha.
well i can't remember what went on the past few weeks of my life, only the fact that i have been really football-mad.. did it have an effect on my social side? maybe, but i don't care actually.. ahhaha please understand that this event only occurs once every 4 years, i mean, how often is it you see so many people get together for a specific event? ( bar the recently concluded election period )
anyway i have been travelling lately.. recently i have been to yishun ( yes, yishun ) 2 times the past 4 days.. and in case you don't know, yishun is 2,436,789 km away from where i stay, marine parade. i met up with ed after psycho class at 6pm, where we headed to tampines mall to pick up an item.. she was clearly unwell, so i sent her back home after dinner.. we were boarding bus service 969 when i saw my da jie from giordano's!!! haha we caught up on each other, and she was clearly still the same bubbly gal i knew since the first time we met.. haha but then i could see ed was clearly disturbed by our conversation as she was trying to sleep =p
well upon reaching our destination i bid farewell to my da jie, and sent ed to her home before i took the long rides back to marine parade...
today's trip to yishun was shared by auggy and jo.. haha jo dropped by my house first around 1pm and we engaged in some mad winning eleven against each other.. haha first time i lost to jo ah.. and i lost convincingly somemore... need to start playing more already.. haha.
well after that we took a cab to pick up auggy.. that bastard is damn troublesome ah.. shall spare him the blushes and not reveal anything here. anyway we proceeded to ahmad ibrahim secondary school for our AFL football match. today's opponents were a group of older guys ( we are the youngest kids on this block by the way ) as usual. but they are high on morale, after winning 2 high-scoring games in a row. thus when they meet us, they were expecting a massacre..until we showed up and kept things alive.. ahhaha.
we played fantastic football, with excellent defending.. it was a pretty even game, and i felt that today i put in one of the best performances in an SLK shirt. haha but damn it i got injured mid-way in the 2nd half and had to be replaced.. i tried to 'play it cool' and carried on playing, but clearly i was uncomfortable and had to go off.. we drew 1-1 against them, which for us, was an outstanding result.. the opposing however, were clueless at what had just happened and they were clearly unhappy with the way they played, which actually is none of our business.. hahah!!!
today's result was the icing on the cake. i played for my friend's team yesterday in the afternoon too. the fact that i was so commanding playing with and against men who have already cleared NS was fascinating. i put in such an excellent display that i was actually asked to play for them more on a regular basis.. haha.. we won 2-1 by the way =)

Morgue Smorgasbord
There were these two guys working late in a morgue, when one guy said, “Hey man there is a woman in there with a shrimp in her vagina!”
The other asked, “What is a shrimp doing a dead woman's vagina? Let me go see.”
Both of them went in the room with the woman, and they both curiosly looked. Finally, the second man said, “You idiot, this ain't no shrimp it's a clitoris.”
And the other man replied, “Well, it tasted like shrimp to me.”
argh... that's just sick.
